Event Details

Smartphones like the iPhone have ushered in a new golden age of digital photography. The best camera is the one you have with you. The higher resolution along with the editing/processing capabilities and uploading/sharing options of modern smartphones make iPhoneography a flexible as well as fun type of digital photography. In this session we'll explore a variety of concepts, techniques, and applications related to iPhoneography. (Curriculum links / referenced resources are available)

This is a 1 hour interactive videoconference. Skype with webcam or H.323 videoconferencing capability required for remote sites. Participants at each site are encouraged to bring their own Internet-connected laptops to the event. Site hosts should also register for this videoconference via the CILC. Connection details will be sent to the remote site host registering with the CILC.

Note these prices are for credit card payments only. If paying by school purchase order, an additional $50 processing fee is added. More information for schools paying by PO is available.

This workshop is offered in 3 versions:

  • a 3 hour hands-on, BYOL (bring your own laptop) workshop ($50 per participant*)
  • a 1 hour, interactive videoconference for participants using Skype and/or a H.323 video endpoint ($100 per site*)
  • a 60 minute, downloadable video podcast (99¢)
